COURSE INFO
Fox Run Golf Course was designed and built by Ren “The Fox” Belland. Construction started on the Par 3 Course in 1991 and was opened in 1992. The Regulation 9 was opened in 1994. For over 45 years Ren Belland’s golf course construction company assisted in the design and construction of some of the top golf courses in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.
In May of 2005, Fox Run Golf Course was purchased by Ren’s oldest son, Kevin and his wife Amy. The pair continues to follow Ren’s dream of providing a wonderful round of golf at an affordable price.
Both courses are well-groomed and provide great views of Northwestern Wisconsin’s landscape and wildlife. One golfer described the course as being as beautiful as a “Walk in the Park.” The area surrounding the course is known as “The Fishbowl” of Wisconsin. With numerous lakes, the area provides ample opportunities for recreational activities. The scenic 98 mile Gandy Dancer walking and bike trail is just blocks from the course. In addition the area offers quaint shops, camping and lodging. Fox Run Golf Course is the perfect way to make your next visit to Wisconsin a treasured experience.
Fox Run Practice Facilities
Fox Run Golf Course has a grass driving range with a practice bunker and a large putting green near the first tee on either course to provide easy access for warm-up.
Fox Run Regulation 9
The Regulation 9 at Fox Run Golf Course is not exceptionally long, but the fairways are narrow, making accuracy off the tee a must. The careful placement of bunkers and water hazards make this course a good test of golf. [SCORECARD]
